A: Once your Mobellissima design professional begins work on your mobile website, you may not cancel your order. However, we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with the look and feel of your mobile site.



Q: After the site is completed and setup, how do I make changes to my mobile website?

A: Once your mobile site has been completed and is live, our automatic sync feature updates your mobile site as you make changes to your regular desktop site.



What happens after one year? Do I need to pay again?

A: The price includes the design of your site and one year of hosting and analytics. After the year is up, you will not be charged, but your hosting subscription will be automatically renewed on a yearly basis at the going rate (currently $86.40).

A: We offer great phone and email support. If you have any problems just reach out and we will get it taken care of immediately.



Q: I want to make sure I like my mobile website design. How many design iterations can I get?

A: Your mobile website design is based on your existing website design. If you are happy with your website design you will be more than happy with the mobile website design! To ensure you get what you want we will provide up to two design iterations for the small plan, and up to 5 iterations for the business plan.



Q: Does the design fee include graphic design work?

A: We don’t offer custom graphic design work. Images must be provided by the customer. We will build your new professional mobile website for you, based on your existing content and any other requirements you have.

Yes! Your Mobellissima​ expert will maintain constant contact with you throughout the website building process. You have revisions (depending on the plan you chose) to ensure 100% satisfaction with the completed mobile website.

What about professional content management?
Professional content management services are provided by our team. We can manage, change and edit content of your mobile website via user friendly content management system. Upon request, You get a custom quote for our content management services once your site is up and running.

Where will my website be hosted? How much do i pay for hosting?
Your website will be hosted on Dudamobile servers. First year is for free and then you pay $86/year.

Will I have a dedicated Mobellissima expert to work on my site?
Yes! Once you purchase the right plan for you, we will assign a Mobellissima expert to work on your site. Your expert will stay in touch with you throughout the whole process.
